Make  an overall mind map  of the  logistic requirements of your presentation. Include details like the resources you need, your  expected outcome, and who the audience is going to be. In this manner you will be able to focus your mind on each aspect of the presentation. Having checked the practical factors , move on to mindmapping the content. Using only keywords put  down relevant  ideas and then refine the ideas. Order your branches based on your main and subpoints and  allocate the time you would like to speak on each as well..
